Chairman
David B.Chilcote
David joined the Company at the end of 1991 and was elected Vice President in 1992. He was elected Executive Vice President in 1994 and became President in 1999. David was recently elected Chairman in 2010. David has served on the Board of Directors of the Company since 1980. Prior to joining the Company, David worked for the predecessor banks of PNC and Key Corp, National City Bank and Society Bank. He holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College in English and Economics and an M.B.A. from Case Western Reserve University in Banking/Finance. David is the grandson of the company’s founder, August Chilcote.

 Vice Chairman
David Hein
Dave Hein joined the Company forty years ago after serving as its auditor and consultant for several years. He rose through the ranks and served as the Company’s CEO for 14 years and as Chairman of the Board for 9 years. On December 31, 2009 Dave relinquished his title as Chairman & CEO and now serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Treasurer of the Company. He has been active in the employee owned company environment serving many capacities in various associations. Dave has also been active in local business and community programs throughout his extensive career. Dave is a CPA and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.

 President & CEO
J. Anthony Hyland
Tony joined the Company in 1993 as a staff accountant after working the previous summer as a temporary employee in the Cleveland plant. He held several positions in the accounting department and served as Corporate Controller from 1997 to 2002. In 2003, he moved into operations and eventually was named Vice President of Operations. Tony was made Chief Operating Officer in 2007 and President & CEO On January 1, 2010. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Cleveland State University.

Vice President of Operations
Matthew Moir
Matthew joined the Company through the acquisition of Enbee Plastics in 2006.  He has managed a variety of manufacturing facilities, is a student of Lean Manufacturing Principles,  and has successfully created a culture of Teamwork to drive success.  Matt started as the plant manager for Enbee Plastics and became president in 1996.  After joining the Chilcote Company, Matt was named Vice President of Operations.  He oversees the operations of the company’s manufacturing facilities in Cleveland, Ohio and San Antonio, Texas.  Matt holds an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Suffolk Community College.

Corporate Controller
Douglas P. Roof Jr.
Douglas joined the Company in 2006 as Assistant Controller. In 2009, he was promoted to Corporate Controller. He was previously at Ferro Corporation for 7 years where he held various accounting positions, including Controller. Prior to Ferro, he worked for Eaton Corporation and Leaseway Transportation. He has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Notre Dame and his Masters of Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Economics from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Director of Corporate Marketing
Brian Hrdlicka
Brian joined the Company in 2001 as Graphic Designer with 17 years of design and marketing experience. As a business owner for 12 years, Brian successfully promoted upstart to large existing corporations in marketing strategies. Brian has a degree in Commercial Art and Advertising from The University of Akron and a Computer Science degree from NIT. Brian has served as General Manager of Corporate Distribution and, most recently, as Director of Business Development. In January of 2010, Brian was promoted to Director of Corporate Marketing.

Cleveland Plant Manager
Yolanda Feliciano
Yolanda joined the Company in 1995 in estimating and customer service. She moved into manufacturing where she held several positions including manufacturing systems analyst and scheduling administrator. Yolanda was promoted to plant manager of the Cleveland location in 2007. She has over 20 years experience in the industry. She is a student of Lean Manufacturing Principles and most recently became Lean Mastery Certified. Yolanda attended Essex College of Business in Newark, New Jersey.

Director of Distribution
Mark S. Dehlinger
Mark joined The Company in 1993 as the Transportation Manager for the Cleveland, Ohio facility. He has held several positions to include Warehouse Manager and Corporate Manager of Distribution & Transportation in his 16+ years of service.

San Antonio Plant Manager
Jason Lanza
Jason joined the company through the acquisition of Enbee Plastics in 2006.  He has helped managed an assortment of organizations and is a student of Lean Manufacturing Principles.  Jason started as the Purchasing Manager for Enbee Plastics and eventually became Vice President in 2002.  Currently, Jason is the Operations Manager for the TAP Packaging Solutions manufacturing location in San Antonio, Texas.  He graduated Hofstra University in New York.
